We and had Krystal, Josh, and Kallie come down to visit for the game too! They all got in Wednesday night and we hung out for a bit before hitting the hay to prepare for the game the next day!
Thursday we got up and started preparing all the foods for the tailgate. We had SO much yummy food and Kallie brought burgers from her parents farm (which were amazing!). We actually got out there early and had to wait in line for the tailgate lot to open! I was really proud of us. haha. Then we set up and had a great time playing cornhole and just hanging out. We had some old friends stop by to say hi, and Krystal and I also had an old sorority sister come by that we hadnt seen in like 8 years! Crazy. Of course we had a ton of fun and then we still got to go to the game! We had seats waaaaay up top and in the Clemson section (haha!) but we still had a great time because there were 10 of us sitting together. Unfortunately we didnt pull out a win, but we also were not blown out- which is great because they were ranked #3 in the nation!

Our Boards! We finished painting them- And then TWO different idiots in Lowe's told me that some sort of varnish would be what we want to seal them with. Promised me it would be clear over the white. IT WASNT. UGH. So we went and got some sandpaper to sand that crap off and some polycrylic to cover it with. Here they are with the varnish crap. :(

While we were gone the pups got to play all day! which was great because they wore each other out! haha.
Friday, John and I actually got up to go look at some houses. We had a few more we wanted to see before we went through with one we had placed an offer on (more about this in another post!). After a successful hunt (!!!) we met up with Krystal and Josh at Raleigh Brewing Company. We also had Brad, Jenny, Chris, and the Klingenmaiers come up there to hang out. We had a great time and then we all headed back to our place to hang out. We tried out Elevation Burger across the street for dinner and I have to say that it was DELICIOUS! :D
Saturday, we got up early again and actually headed back to Raleigh Brewing Company. They were hosting people to brew in their brewery! Krystal and Josh had brought their all grain equipment down so we could brew an all grain batch for the first time, so this was perfect! We brewed a pumpkin ale that I'm really excited about! The pups got to come with us to brew too. They were pooped after and passed out on the way home. haha :D
The weekend was fantastic! Again, cant wait for the Kinlaws to move back so we can have adventures all the time! haha :D
